This document outlines the process for viewing all patient visits across the system, as well as how to access view and edit individual visit details. This is used by doctors to fill in the visit specific details.
Select Patient Visit from the left-hand navigation panel.
You will see a list of all visits created so far across all patients.
This gives an over-view of all visits created till date.

01Dec25 - Indicates the date the visit was created
001- Unique sequence number assigned to that visit
Select Patient Visit from the left-hand navigation panel.
A list of all visits recorded for today will be displayed.
Click on a patient’s name to open the corresponding visit.
On the visit details page, you can view all visit-related information — including the patient's history captured during that visit, the PDF of the prescription with the prescribed medication, and any lab tests recommended during the consultation.
Select Patient Visit from the left-hand navigation panel.
A list of all visits recorded for today will be displayed.
Click on the "Edit Visit" button corresponding to the patient’s name for which you want to edit the visit to open the corresponding visit in edit mode.
On the edit page, you can add edit the visit details like Chief complaints, Drug History, Prescribed medicines, etc.
