1. How to view all the Scheduled Meetings?

This document explains how to view all scheduled meetings with patients, create a new meeting, and edit an existing one.

Steps to View all Scheduled Meetings

  1. Navigate to the Meeting Module 
  2. From the left-hand navigation panel select  Meetings module.
  3. A list of all scheduled meetings across patients will be displayed.
  4. This view provides a quick overview of upcoming and past meetings.
  5. To view the details of any specific meeting, click on the meeting title.

2.  How to schedule a new Meeting ?

  1. To schedule a meeting, go to the  Meetings module.
  2. ( Refer to the section  ā€œSteps to View all Scheduled Meetingsā€ for navigation assistance. )
  3. Click on the  "Create Meeting" button at the top-right corner.
  4. A meeting form will appear for capturing meeting details.
  5. Refer to the table below for guidance on each field in the meeting form:
    Field
    Description
    Title
    Enter a title for the meeting - Ex - Follow up meet - PCOD
    Meeting Venue
    Choose the meeting location. The location can be: In-Office, Client Location, Online.
    From
    Start date and time of the meeting
    To
    End date and time of the meeting
    Host
    The person hosting the meeting. Defaults to the portal user (e.g., doctor/admin)
    Participant
    Add the patient as the participant
Click  "Save" to create the meeting.
šŸ’” NOTE :
  1. If the meeting is set as  Online , an invite will automatically be sent to the patient via email.
  2. Reminder email before the meeting is also sent to the participants.

3. How to edit an existing meeting ?

  1. Navigate to the meetings module. ( Refer to the section  ā€œSteps to View all Scheduled Meetingsā€ for navigation assistance. )
  2. Click on the  meeting title you want to update from the list.This opens the meeting details page.
  3. Click the  "Edit" button at the top-right to open the form in edit mode.
  4. Modify the necessary fields — for example, reschedule the date/time or update the meeting venue.
  5. Once done, click  "Save" to apply the changes.
