This document explains how to view WhatsApp messages exchanged with patients and highlights key rules for sending messages.

Steps to View all WhatsApp Messages
Navigate to the Messages Module
- From the main dashboard, select Messages from the left-hand navigation panel.
- You will see a list of all WhatsApp conversations with patients till date.
- This view offers a complete overview of your chat history.
- Click on any chat to view its full details and message thread.
💡 NOTE :
- Only templated messages can be sent directly from this window.
- Free-form chats (non-templated messages) can only be sent when a patient initiates the conversation. This opens a 24-hour reply window during which you can send personalized messages.
- To initiate such a window, request the patient to send a message (e.g., “Hi”).
- Once active, you can use this chat to send documents like prescriptions or invoices.
