1. How to use AI within Miso Clinic?

    • Gain key insights from patient data
    • Get answers to common queries

👥 Who Can Use This?

    • Receptionist
    • Clinic Administrator
    • Doctor(s)

Steps to access AI Chat window?

    • To interact with the AI assistant: Click the  “Ask Zia” widget   located at the bottom-right corner.
    • This opens the AI chat window.
    • You can choose from a predefined question or type your own query in the text box.

💡 NOTE :

    •  Click the  " - " to close the chat window.

2. How to get Key Insight from AI?

    • To view AI-generated insights based on patient data: Click the zia icon (Refer to the image provided below) at the bottom-right corner.
    • This opens the  Insights Window , which displays system-generated notifications and performance metrics that help improve clinical operations.

How to Save Important Insights for Future Reference?

    • To save key insights:

    1. Hover over any notification in the  Window .
    2. Click the   star icon  that appears. It will turn to solid red once saved successfully.
    • To view the saved insights,

    1. Click the  star icon located at the top-right corner of the Insights Window.
    2. This displays all previously saved (starred) messages.

💡 NOTE :

    •  To return to the main notification view, click the star icon again.

 3. How to start voice recording for Case Taking.

  • You can capture patient case details using  voice recording , which is especially helpful when you're short on time. These audio notes can later be used to fill in sections like  Patient History ,  Past History , Prescriptions, etc.

Steps to start the Audio Recording

  • To use the voice recording feature, go to the  Patient Visit module and select the visit for which you want to start recording. Open the visit by clicking on it.
  • On the visit page, click the  Record Audio button to begin. This will open a pop-up window and automatically start the recording.
  • Once the audio is captured, click the  Stop button to end the recording. (Refer to the image below.)
  • Enter a  title for the recording. This helps in tracking and reviewing the audio later. A clear title allows you to locate the right recording quickly.
  • Click the  cross (X) button to close the window. Before closing, you can also  preview the recording if needed.
  • All saved recordings can be found under the  Zoho Notebook tab within the Patient Visit page.
  • The  most recent recording will always appear at the top.

 💡 NOTE :

  •  You  must create a Visit first in order to use the recording feature. You can create and save a blank visit, then refer to the audio to fill in data later.
  •  Please ensure that  microphone access is granted in your browser settings for the recording feature to work properly.
