  2. Who is Miso Clinic meant for?

    1. It is designed for doctors, clinic staff, receptionists, and assistants. Miso Clinic supports both single-doctor clinics and multi-specialty practices.
  3. Is Miso Clinic customizable?

    1. Yes, Miso Clinic can be customized to suit your clinic’s operational style, workflows, and patient handling preferences.

Platform Specific Questions

  1. What is UHID in Miso Clinic ? 

    1. UHID stands for Unique Health Identification Number. It is a system-generated unique identifier assigned to each patient during registration. It helps in uniquely identifying each patient across the system.
  2. How is patient uniquely identified in Miso Clinic?

    1. Each patient is uniquely identified in Miso Clinic using their Patient UHID number.

  3. I have patients coming from different channels like WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins. How can I know which patient came from which channel?

    1. Yes, you can easily identify the source of each patient using the Patient Registration Source field in the Patient Registration module.
      Patients from the website will be tagged as "Website Patients", those from WhatsApp as "WhatsApp Patients", and walk-ins or other channels will have their respective source labels.
  4. I have a large number of patients. Can I quickly search for a patient?

    1. Yes, Miso Clinic offers a Find/Create Patient feature accessible in the Home menu. You can instantly search for existing patients by first name, last name, or phone number β€” ensuring fast access even when handling large volumes.
  5. Is it possible to attach documents like lab reports or scans to a patient record?

    1. Yes, you can upload and store files directly in a patient's record, keeping all medical history and documents in one place.

  6. What if I edit a prescription? Will it create duplicates?

    1. No. The system deletes any existing files with the same unique ID before attaching the new version β€” preventing duplicates.

  7. I find it difficult to type notes while talking to the patient. Does Miso Clinic allow me to record audio during a consultation?

    1. Yes, Miso Clinic provides an integrated audio recording feature on the Patient Visits page, allowing you to capture voice notes during the consultation.

  8. I take online consultations for some cases. Can I set up an online meeting within Miso Clinic?

    1. Yes, Miso Clinic allows you to schedule online consultations using Zoho Meeting. A unique meeting link is generated and automatically sent to the patient via email. A reminder email is also sent 15 minutes before the meeting to help ensure they join on time.
  9. Can I send follow-ups or birthday wishes via WhatsApp?

    1. Yes, predefined WhatsApp templates can be triggered based on workflows β€” including reminders, recovery messages, birthday greetings, and post-visit check-ins.

    1. Yes. Miso Clinic supports data migration from Excel, CSV during setup. We also help in data migration from other systems to Miso Clinic.
