1. How to View all Invoices?

This document outlines the process to view, create, edit, and print Patient Invoices within the system.

  2. Doctor(s)

Steps to  View all Invoices

  1. Navigate to the Invoice Module 
    1. From the left-hand navigation panel select  Invoices module.
    2. You will see a list of all invoices created so far across all patients.
    3. This view provides a complete overview of all invoices created to date.
    4. To view the details of any specific invoice, simply click on its Subject.

2.  How to Create a new Invoice?

  1. To create a new invoice, go to the  Invoices module.
  2. ( Refer to the section  “Steps to View all Invoices” for navigation assistance. )
  3. Click on the  "Create Invoice" button at the top-right corner.
  4. A form will open to capture invoice-specific details.
  5. Refer to the table below for guidance on each field:
    Field
    Description
    Patient Detail Name
    Select the patient for whom the invoice is being generated.
    Patient Visit Name
    Select the visit for which the invoice is being created.
    Subject
    Enter the purpose or title of the invoice.
    Due Date
    Specify the due date for the invoice.
  1. Scroll down to the  Invoiced Items section to add billable services. Each billable item is added as a new row.
  2. Select the Service for which the invoice is being generated. 
  3. Quantity ,  List Price , and  Total will populate automatically based on the selected service.
  4. Click  "Save" to generate the invoice.
đź’ˇ NOTE :
  1.  Address details are auto-filled when the  Patient Detail Name is selected.
  2.  Patient UHID and  Patient Visit ID are auto-filled when the  Patient Visit Name is selected.

3.  How to edit an existing Invoice?

  1. Navigate to the Invoice module. ( Refer to the section  “Steps to View all Invoices” for navigation assistance. )
  2. Click on the  Invoice Name (i.e Subject)  you wish to edit from the list of all invoices. This opens the invoice details page.
  3. Click the  "Edit" button at the top-right to open the form in edit mode.
  4. Update the required fields.
  5. Once done, click  "Save" to update the invoice.
  6. The updated invoice will be reflected immediately.

4. How to print an Invoice?

  1. Navigate to the Invoice module. ( Refer to the section  “Steps to View all Invoices” for navigation assistance. )
  2. Select the invoice you wish to print by clicking on its Invoice Name (i.e  Subject) . This opens the invoice details page.
  3. Click on the  "Export to PDF" to print the invoice. This opens the print preview page.
  4. On the print preview page, click on the  "Export" button.
  5. The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file on your system.
