To access Home, click on the "Home" from the left-side navigation menu.
The homepage displays a range of dynamic components that offer a quick overview of the system. These include:
The KPI cards appear at the top of the dashboard and show important daily and monthly numbers at a glance.
New Registrations Today – Number of patients registered today
Patient Visits Today – Number of visits recorded today
New Registrations This Month – Total new patients registered this month
Patient Visits This Month – Total visits recorded this month
These numbers update automatically and help you quickly understand clinic activity.
List of all the visits lined up for today. Displays a list of all patient visits scheduled or created for today
This helps you track ongoing and upcoming visits easily.
Provides visual insights into your clinic data, such as:
Patient visits over time (shown as charts)
Most frequently prescribed medicines
Gender and age distribution of patients
These insights help you understand patient trends and improve your services.
To use this feature:
Enter the patient’s details in the search bar
You can search using First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number.
If a matching patient is found:
Select the patient name.
Click Create Visit Record to start a new visit.
If no matching patient is found:
A new patient creation form will open.
Enter basic details such as First Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number.
Save the record.
Once the patient is created, their first visit is automatically created.
